Miriam Zoccolan
Certified Acupuncturist TCM-FVS / Certified Herbalist / Certified Tuina Therapist (Passerelle) / Certified Dance Educator ZFH
I combine my many years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with my background as a certified dance educator (ZFH). My educational path has taken me from the University of Zurich to the Bio-Medica School Zurich and even on a study trip to China, where I was able to deepen my understanding of the roots of TCM. I also complete the mandatory annual continuing education requirements and attend national and international TCM symposia and conferences.
For more than 15 years, I have successfully treated patients with a wide range of conditions.
My particular focus lies on disorders of the musculoskeletal system, overuse injuries, stress fractures, injury prevention and performance enhancement in dance and sports. I also treat headaches and migraines, sleep disorders, fatigue, hay fever, weakened immune function, as well as gynaecological concerns such as fertility support, menopausal symptoms and digestive disorders. With calmness, sensitivity and a holistic perspective, I create a space in which my patients feel understood.
I am pleased to invite you to a non-binding, free 15-minute introductory consultation so that we can calmly determine together whether TCM may be a suitable method to support, maintain and restore your health – your greatest asset.
I am recognised as a TCM therapist by EMR and the ASCA Foundation and am a member of TCM FVS. Treatments are covered by supplementary insurance for complementary medicine. Please check with your health insurance provider in advance to see which services are included.
