Eye examinations
Using state-of-the-art technology, we examine your eyes and check for possible abnormalities in order to refer you to your ophthalmologist for treatment early and in a timely manner. With intraocular pressure measurement, computer tomography, retinal photography, and biomicroscopy at 40x magnification, we help ensure that eye changes such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye can be detected and treated ophthalmologically at an early stage.
Nutritional Health Coaching
Nutrition counseling provides personalized guidance to nourish your body and mind for optimal wellbeing. Our experienced nutritionists work with you to develop sustainable eating plans that support your health goals while addressing stress-related issues like emotional eating, digestive problems, and energy fluctuations.
Medical hypnosis
Medical Hypnosis is a scientifically proven therapy offered by specially trained doctors and psychologists, both alone and in combination with other medical treatments. Appreciation of your unique personality in your overall situation, respect for your needs, wishes and limits, ego-strengthening as well as goal- and solution-orientation are essential elements that should lead to an improved quality of life.
Using verbal and non-verbal communication, you will be sensitively supported in entering a trance of varying depth. At this altered natural level of consciousness, your experience is not rational and analytical, but sensory, imaginative and intuitive. By focusing your attention, sensations and feelings can be intensified or weakened. Your unconscious ressources are more easily discovered and activated, and your self-healing potential is promoted. An opening for new and sometimes surprising solutions becomes possible.
The most important areas of application include almost all psychosomatic complaints, anxiety, certain pain conditions, sleep disorders, stressful situations and blockages, trauma-related disorders, strengthening the immune system, improving quality of life in palliative situations, and the desire for positive behavioral changes such as smoking cessation.
