Massage Therapist
The moment of a treatment is being, is awareness. Everything learned and educated is forgotten; I am
attentive to the body and personality of the client during the treatment.
My actions, my treatment, my interest in massages and treatments find their origin in nature; here I learn and experience how to respect, preserve, and recognize its underlying laws, how to nurture, cultivate, and live with them.
As a child, I was always allowed to play outside; gardens, fields, forests, and meadows were my places of residence. In all of this, my quiet gaze was not only directed at the natural elements, the plants and animals, but always and in everything at people. I voluntarily cared for elderly and elderly people in need of care, caring for and nurturing them.
I attended business school and, at the same time, began training to become a certified massage therapist.
I was fortunate enough to be able to actively participate in all patient treatments alongside my master in Basel. I learned to trust my hands. Years of training and continuing education followed, including specialized courses in craniosacral therapy, autogenic training, and hypnotherapy, as well as a depth psychology course in integrative hypnosis techniques, traditional Hawaiian massage (Lomi Lomi), manual lymphatic drainage, and foot reflexology. During this time, I worked with Dr. Franz Xaver Huber in a large osteopathic practice in Basel.
In 2004, I opened my own practice. I felt called to treat with my hands.
For over 20 years, I have been working as a massage therapist and therapist in my own practice and now also at the House of Rouh in Zurich.
