Alice Koller
Yoga Instructor
My name is Alice Koller, I grew up in Arosa, in the Grisons mountains, surrounded by beautiful nature and covered with magical snow in winter. Even today, I am a passionate snowboarder and enjoy my free time in nature. In summer, the green forests give me strength and new energy.
I am a cheerful and open-minded person and can look back on a very happy life, for which I am infinitely grateful.
The yoga path gives me balance, inner stability and tranquility, as well as an ever-deeper trust in myself.
In August 2023, I successfully completed my yoga teacher diploma at the IKT (Institute for Complementary Therapy) in Rapperswil.
Since November 2024, I have been in the final stage of my training as a complementary therapist with the Yoga method (OdA KT).
In my group classes, I guide participants with ViniYoga, an adaptable, therapeutically oriented practice that adapts individually to people. An asana is a breath-guided movement that addresses body, breath, and mind.
The focus is not on "ability," but on presence in one's own experience. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation are integral parts of each session and help regulate the nervous system and promote mindfulness in everyday life.
I place great importance on carefully building up each asana to minimize the risk of injury. Through an approach in small, meaningful steps, you can discover in your own self-experience whether and how the exercise benefits you. Whether young or old, with or without limitations – every person can experience yoga and grow from it.
A Viniyoga group session supports you in perceiving yourself more consciously, finding peace, and turning to everyday life strengthened and centered.
